The project at Bolton Mills Retirement Community in Bolton, Ontario, involved the construction of a new 124-unit assisted living building. As a design-build project, Brian’s Little Electric managed the electrical design, ensuring a seamless integration of systems. We installed a total of 3,000 devices throughout the facility, including a 600amp, 600V incoming service to handle the building’s electrical needs. A full backup generator system was implemented to ensure continuous power during outages. The project also included a complete fire alarm system and specialized electrical setups to meet commercial kitchen requirements.
