This project included the complete supply and installation of lighting, control systems, and a fire alarm system. We handled data communications rough-ins, access control, and nurse call setups with conduits extending to corridors. Key installations included a 1000kVA transfer system, mainboard, distribution panels, indoor transformers, surge protection, and automatic transfer switches (ATS). Additionally, we installed a snow melt controller, heating cables, elevator panels, and metering cabinet, while providing power connections for future EV chargers, mechanical, and kitchen equipment. Universal washrooms were outfitted with essential fixtures, including hand dryers, handwells, Hubbell pencil boxes, and Carlton junction boxes.
